Barrhead/Neerlandia ARPA started in June, 2009 with a lot of interest from the Canadian and United Reformed churches in Neerlandia and Barrhead. The board members consist of Nathan Schouten, Jacqueline Hamoen, Peter Van Assen and Sip Hofsted. They have a membership of about 30 people from the area.
