The New Brunswick Court of Appeal has dismissed the anti-abortion activist's appeal of his convictions on charges that he failed to file federal income-tax returns in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Little, 65, maintains that since some federal funds pay for abortions, filing tax returns amounts to a violation of his right to freedom of religion. [Continue reading this article here.]
